WHO WE ARE - WHAT WE DO

The mission of the Chippewa Valley Dementia Coalition is to improve the lives of those living with memory loss and dementia, their care partners, and the Chippewa Valley community through advocacy, resources, support, and education.

We are a coalition of professionals, caregivers, community partners, and service providers committed to supporting people living with dementia and those who care for them. We serve as a resource for families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, businesses, and organizations that work with or support individuals affected by dementia.

We host an annual dementia conference, provide ongoing education and caregiver skills training, organize subcommittees focused on community needs and best practices, and help with problem-solving, prevention, and connections to local resources.

Today, the coalition continues to bring together community leaders, healthcare providers, and advocates working to build a more dementia-informed and supportive community.
